Tom has spent the last 14 years leading teams in IT Project and Programme roles; gaining experience across the Retail, Utilities, Financial Services, Nuclear and Defence industries.

As Head of Business Operations and Programme Management, Tom is accountable for a portfolio that includes the governance and delivery of Professional Services projects; Process Improvement; Quality Management; Enterprise Resource Management; Health & Safety and Integrated Logistics Support.

Tom gained his Computing & Management BSc from Loughborough University (in between jumping out of perfectly good aircraft), and holds certifications including PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile PM Practitioner, ITIL Foundation and an Advanced Master’s Certificate in Project Management (ESI International / George Washington University).
